New Magic Lantern Firmware!

Genius Tramm Hudson, who gave us the original Magic Lantern Firmware, has released a new version that allows 5D Mark II owners to increase the video bitrate of their DSLR to 76MBps (the default is 38)! It should really make a huge difference on those bloody annoying compression artifacts. Obviously fast cards are needed and the video buffer clearly cannot cope with the high ones but it’s going to be fun to see how far the camera can be pushed… {…}

The way everyone knows how to achieve slow motion with DSLR’s, is to shoot at 60fps and convert to 24fps which will give you smooth slow motion. But…what if you want to go as slow as, say, 1000fps? How do you do this?
