In this interview, I talk to Dave Dugdale, the man behind ‘LearningDSLRVideo.com’, the personal blog on his adventure into the world of DSLR Video.
In it we discuss his work, the website, his own workflow within Premiere Pro and his complete setup for the tutorials.
Dave Dugdale purchased his T2i last March, and since he started LearningDSLRVideo.com, he has been teaching beginners in DSLR filmmaking what he has learnt over the months. As of now, he has over 100 video tutorials online and counting.

Interview Part Two
While talking to him, I was amazed at how simply made his films really are. Although his films are truthfully quite complex, in the good way, how he makes his films is actually very simple. He explains to us also, that he often experiments with his style, by regularly just going out, with little-to-no planning, and quite simply, looks for what he needs, asks for it, and shoots.
It’s really just going out there and asking. – “You are your worst enemy”, as Fred puts it.
Soon CameraDSLR.net will have another interview with another well known YouTube filmmaker! She specializes in horror films, with releases every few weeks, so there’s no doubt that you will have heard of her!
